Tyrone Beverly – Studio Sessions

Soozie Kinstler has been teaching for 17 years. Her teaching style weaves elements of vinyasa with alignment, creative sequencing, and fun advanced transitions. She strives to create a space of support for students to access the place inside them that feels intimate and true.

Annie Masters, E-RYT 500 has been practicing for 20 years. Her classes are centered on alignment-based principles that foster physiological well-being and challenge students to deepen their practice to their fullest potential in a playfully serious way.

Alicia is the owner and managing director of Easton Yoga in Pennsylvania and has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. Her classes are educational and insightful, yet playful. Backed by her years of yoga practice and self study, she embodies a peaceful and intuitive teaching style. She has explored ashtanga, restorative, yin, and prenatal yoga, creative yinyasa flow, hatha, bhakti, breath-work, and ayurveda. She is also a certified holistic nutrition and wellness coach. As a self proclaimed epicurean, when she isn’t at the studio she is cooking something up in her kitchen or on the road.
