Take your JV skills to the local level and work out a deal with a service provider for half of commissions. There are some catches to this one – for example, you need to use this technique with people who have a high profit margin.

Chiropractors, massage therapists and salons all meet this criteria because they charge $100 – $200 per visit and most of that is profit. So they are happy to pay a commission to use your proprietary joint venture system. This one has nothing to do with selling web sites or services!

Google’s Local Listings, using Google Maps is a sure fire strategy to offer your prospective clients & a perfect way to get their attention and your foot in the door.

And as with everything there is a right way to approach it. Even if a client already has a local listing they may not be in the top 7. Which is what YOU can achieve for them with this easy to implement strategy.

There are a lot of Small Businesses all around us. In fact we come into contact with small business all the time, by the services we use, like hairdresser, dentist, local Japanese and so forth. Also when we may be doing something completely unrelated, like exercising, or having a coffee – we come into contact with people who may be potential clients.

This strategy is very simple – yet so many people overlook it. As they do not look at what is right under their noses, or worse, do not accept that it IS possible to turn a casual acquaintance into your Offline Client!
