The FIRM Volume 3 ‘Low-Impact Aerobics’ DVDs with Sandahl Bergman(original 1988 Release) is exclusively manufactured and distributed by Fitness Favorites, LLC. The FIRM typically produces results within 10 workouts. After a cardio/stretch warm-up (5 Min.), this 60 min. workout features 3 cardio +weights intervals (13 Min., 12 Min. & 12 Min.). Each has body-specific cardio, before appropriate resistance-sculpt. The 4th interval (18 Min.) alternates floor sculpt with same-muscle stretches.
