This series will teach you a 3-step method for increasing flexibility so you can move with freedom and ease. Each class features people of different flexibility levels, from beginner to intermediate to advanced. You’ll receive guidance and modifications to make each pose accessible for your body.

Using the method, you’ll learn to observe your body with compassion, accept the feelings that rise up, and let go of attachments to any results. You’ll be guided through each step, starting with a short, philosophy-based class and followed by four targeted flexibility sequences. In a final 60-minute flow, you’ll apply what you’ve learned to release your body into its fullest expression.
