LTS – Logistics Training Systems – Customs Broker USHTS Tutorial

Logistics Training Systems has multiple customs broker programs to choose from. Students can choose one of the seven study programs, either available in a study-at-home format, through distance learning or by attending the Miami evening program. There is also a five-day accelerated classroom program offered in Orlando, Florida. The Miami evening course is approved by the Florida Bar as a certified continuing education course, the five-day classroom program is certified by the Alabama Bar and both courses are approved by the NCBFAA. Students receive a textbook that covers everything, from duties and responsibilities of a customs broker to importer security filing. Students also receive a work book with previous exams and important forms, such as Form 19. Coursework also includes information about special programs, such as NAFTA rules and foreign free trade agreements.
Harmonized Tariff of the United States (HTSUS) (Deluxe for April or October)
The essential government-issued import tariff manual for use in classifying imported merchandise for rates of duty, quota, restrictions, and special programs.
Title 19, Code of Federal Regulations for the Customs Broker Exam (Parts 1-199)(April or October)
The only edition of Title 19, Code of Federal Regulations that is formatted specifically for the Exam student. Don’t get lost in the text; get what you need from the text.
Customs Broker Exam Room Guide (April or October)
Specifically designed for use during the Exam. Includes all CATAIR sections and Directives that will be tested in the upcoming Exam and all previously-tested CBP forms. Upcoming Guides will be shipped upon release of the Notice of Examination.
